Williamsburg REALTORS® Celebrates Groundbreaking of Robinson Family Home

Williamsburg, VA – October 2, 2025 – Williamsburg REALTORS® brought the community together for its annual REALTOR® Fall Fest, an evening filled with fun, food, and fellowship. The event featured the much-anticipated “Best Chili” Cook-Off, lively vendor activities, raffles, and entertainment.

The “Best Chili” Contest drew an enthusiastic crowd and delicious entries. This year’s winners were:

• 1st Place: Karen Schureman and Jayson Hubbard of Francisco Robinson & Associates
• 2nd Place (Three-Way Tie): Amy Davies, Eli Hunt, and Ramona Mitchell

Vendors also joined in the festive spirit, providing interactive games, activities, and raffles for attendees. The Best Vendor Award was presented to SS&T Yard Services for their creativity and engagement throughout the evening.

The event was made possible thanks to the dedication of the Williamsburg REALTORS® Member Engagement Committee, led by Chair Simone Jones, alongside committee members Courtney Shannon, Tabitha Dalton, Faye Dillman, Roberta Hammel, Alex Hazelwood, Fontaine Kamara, Shannon Lynch, and staff liaison Darragh Cutshaw. Their efforts curated a memorable event that celebrated REALTOR® community in the Greater Williamsburg Area.
