Packet Pick Up
Pick up your race packets on Friday, August 18, 2023 from 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. at the WAAR Office. The WAAR Office is located at 5000 New Point Rd. Ste. 1101, Williamsburg, VA 23185.
Race packets can also be picked up the morning of race day starting at 6:45 a.m. at Billsburg Brewery.

6:45 am – Packet Pick-Up and Race Day Registration
7 am – Vendor Village Opens
7:10 – 7:20 am – Warm-up Zumba
7:30 am – 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk, Registration closes at 7:20 am
8:40-8:50 am – Warm-up Zumba
8:00 am – 5K Run/Walk, Registration closes at 7:45 am
9:30 am – Award Ceremony
8:00 – 11:00 am – Community Fun Day & Activities

Top 3 male & female in 5-year age groups from 14-&-under through 70-&-over (5K only)
