Williamsburg REALTORS® support members at every stage of their career through required licensure continuing education for brokers and agents, as well as Post-Licensing Education courses. With both in person classes and online learning options through The CE Shop, all supported by our Seamless CE™ experience, members have flexible access to the education they need to succeed.

Williamsburg REALTORS® provide ongoing opportunities for professional growth through Lunch & Learns, industry workshops, and specialized training designed to strengthen knowledge, skills, and long term career success. Members are also encouraged to grow within the industry through volunteer engagement and committee leadership opportunities within the Association.

FREE Leadership Installation and Holiday Celebration
Celebrate the season and welcome our incoming leadership
team at no cost to members. This event occurs every year
and includes the installation of the Board of Directors for
both WAAR and WMLS for the coming year.

We Engage
WAAR members enjoy complimentary admission to our annual Fall Fest Trade Show, featuring vendor exhibits, games, entertainment, and the popular chili cook‑off. It’s a fun, no‑cost opportunity to connect with REALTORS®. WAAR Business Partners have a booth with their choice of games/entertainment and will have plenty of opportunities to engage with our members in a fun and engaging environment.

We Give Back
Members of Williamsburg REALTORS® receive many opportunities throughout the year to participate in community service projects, charitable housing initiatives and affordable housing solutions. One of our recent Outreach Projects, Williamsburg REALTORS® Raising The Roof in partnership with Habitat For Humanity, was completed in 2025. The Robinson Family moved into their new home in December, 2025.

Williamsburg Multiple Listing Service is a powerful set of tools, and resources to help Participants and Subscribers best serve their clients. The service area of the WMLS is defined as the Cities of Williamsburg, Hampton, Newport News and Poquoson, James City county, York county, Yorktown, Gloucester county, Surry county, New Kent county, Charles City county and the Town of West Point.
