On Feb 6th, Williamsburg REALTORS® hosted our quarterly Broker Roundtable Discussion, bringing together experienced brokers and members of the Board.
We explored the 2026 Virginia Peninsula Market with Kevin Onizuk of ALCOVA Mortgage, gained important RPAC updates from Elizabeth Walthall and Nan Piland, and heard the latest on Professional Development from Lynn Grimsley. We were also honored to welcome Nykea Pippion McGriff, Vice President of Broker Engagement at the National Association of REALTORS®, for an inspiring look at national initiatives shaping our profession.
To round things out, Darragh Cutshaw shared timely WAAR and WMLS updates that will help guide our work in the months ahead.
