WMLS Technology Updates Designed to Help REALTORS® Succeed

To support new AI capabilities, several listing fields have been updated within Matrix.

The Attached or Detached field will now display as Property Attached: Y/N and will be mandatory.
NOTE: If the property is Attached, then the Unit Placement field will also be required.
The updated Property Sub Type Field will now be mandatory and will include the following selections:

Apartment - A unit within a wholly owned structure of five or more units. This may not be used for Residential or Residential Income. For Residential, use Condo. For Income, use Residential Income.
Condominium - A unit within a structure where ownership is on a unit-by-unit basis.
Duplex - A multifamily structure that has two independent units with a shared wall or ceiling/floor.
Manufactured Home - A factory-built house that is transported to the lot.
Mobile Home - A factory-built house that is transported to the lot, retains axles, and was built prior to 1976.
Multi Family - A structure or complex with five or more units that are individual dwellings.
Quadruplex - A multifamily structure with four independent units with shared walls or ceilings/floors.
Single Family Residence - A single family residence on real property.
Townhouse - A dwelling unit generally having two or more floors and attached to other similar units via party walls.
Triplex - A multifamily structure with three independent units with shared walls or ceilings/floors.

We’re also expanding several character limits in the system to give you more flexibility when entering listing details.

- - Number of Photos will increase from 50 to 100
  - Public Remarks will increase to 2,500 characters.
  - Agent Remarks will increase to 1,000 characters.
  - Items That Do Not Convey will increase to 500 characters.
  - And Owner’s Name will increase to 200 characters.
