2027 REALTOR® Dues

Williamsburg REALTORS® operates on an annual membership cycle. Renewal invoices are now available in the WAAR Member Info Hub for the 2026–2027 renewal period. The payment due date is October 31, 2026.  

If your dues are not paid by October 31, 2026, the following renewal schedule applies: 

Members whose dues remain unpaid after October 31 will be assessed a $50 late fee beginning November 2, 2026. Membership is suspended on December 1, 2026 for non-payment and terminated on January 4, 2027 if the account remains unpaid.

Note: RPAC is a voluntary investment and is not required for membership. 

Members may submit separate payments for each association's dues; however, each payment must be made in the full amount due for that association. Partial payments for individual association dues are not accepted.

When a principal broker elects REALTOR® membership, National Association of REALTORS® membership requirements apply to all licensees affiliated within the office. 

NOTE: Non-licensed assistants are not subject to REALTOR® membership requirements. 

No. REALTOR® membership is based upon your license status and office affiliation, not the number of transactions completed or hours worked. If your license remains active in a REALTOR® office, full annual dues apply. 

Annual dues are assessed for the membership year and are generally non-refundable. Members planning retirement should contact the Association office before renewal to discuss available membership options. 

No. REALTOR® membership transfers with you when moving between REALTOR® brokerages, provided your membership remains in good standing. 

It is important to verify that your new brokerage holds REALTOR® membership. Membership cannot transfer to a non-REALTOR® office. 

Members transferring from another REALTOR® Association may qualify for adjusted dues depending on: 

• Whether state dues have already been paid 

• Whether national dues have already been paid 

• The timing of the transfer 

• The association from which the member is transferring

One Membership provides benefits from all three organizations. 

The principal broker determines whether the brokerage holds REALTOR® membership. When a broker elects REALTOR® membership, affiliated licensees may be subject to membership requirements and office policies regarding REALTOR® membership. 

Licensees should discuss membership expectations directly with their principal broker.
