WMLS & CBRAR Data Share

March 24th, Williamsburg Multiple Listing Service (WMLS) begins a Trestle data share with the Chesapeake Bay and Rivers Association of REALTORS®.
Working together with Cotality and CBRAR, we were able to ensure that attached documents will be viewable, and that our subscribers will be able to create transactions via Transaction Desk.
This will allow agents to seamlessly conduct business across both MLS systems, making it easier to collaborate and serve your clients.
The service area of the WMLS is defined as the Cities of Williamsburg, Hampton, Newport News, and Poquoson, James City County, York County, Yorktown, Gloucester County, Surry County, New Kent County, Charles City County, and the Town of West Point.
The service area of CBRAR is comprised of the counties of Gloucester, Mathews and Middlesex, the portion of King and Queen County known as the Buena Vista District and the portion of King William County known as the West Point District, including the Town of West Point and Urbanna in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
