RE News, Market and Legal Updates

Williamsburg REALTORS® delivers news, business tips, and market and legal updates to its members electronically via monthly newsletters ensuring it is a comprehensive, reliable source of real estate information for its members.

In June all WAAR REALTOR® members are invoiced for 2025 Annual Dues. Three invoices are created on your account:

• WAAR local dues + voluntary RPAC ($35)
• Virginia REALTORS® State Dues
• National Association of REALTORS® Dues + Mandatory Public Ad Campaign Fee ($45)

You have from June until October 31st to pay all three invoices with no late penalty. You will also receive monthly statements to help track your payments. Partial invoice payments can only be made by visiting the WAAR office and paying with a personal or office check.

The payment deadline for all 2025 REALTOR® dues is October 31st, 2024.
