Williamsburg REALTORS® Join Forces with Habitat for Humanity for Wall Raising Event for Robinson’s House

Williamsburg, VA – March 28, 2025 – Williamsburg REALTORS® (WAAR) members alongside Habitat for Humanity’s construction team volunteered to raise the walls of a new home in James City County for the Robinson family.

This milestone follows years of collaboration with Habitat for Humanity Peninsula and Greater Williamsburg in fundraising efforts and marks a significant step in the Williamsburg REALTORS® Raising The Roof project. Since 2022, WAAR has raised an astonishing $110,000 in partnership with Habitat for Humanity to support affordable housing initiatives. These efforts highlight WAAR’s commitment to strengthening neighborhoods, creating housing opportunities, and making a lasting impact in the Williamsburg community.

Beyond the physical construction, volunteers took time to write personal blessings and messages on the newly erected walls, symbolizing the hope and goodwill that will fill the home for years to come.
