On November 1, 2024, Crisney Brooks began her term as the 2025 WAAR President and Karen Schureman began her term as the 2025 WMLS President.

Crisney Brooks is a full-time REALTOR® Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Traditions and Property Manager with Brooks Real Estate.  Brooks Real Estate was established in 1885 and is the parent company to Coldwell Banker Traditions as well as Coldwell Banker Commercial.

She has been in the real estate business more than 9 years, specializing in residential real estate helping buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Being in and around the industry her entire life she credits many influences throughout the past 9 years but specifically her brokers John Wilson and Charlotte Jones, her parents, Cheri and Tyler Brooks, for their sound advice and work ethic.

This is why she chose to get involved with Williamsburg REALTORS® numerous committees and has a front row perspective on the housing challenges facing our community.  These issues make more sense when you get involved with your local association and start to see, firsthand, how interconnected our roles in the community shape the future for homeownership.

She continues her dedication to our community as well as her personal and professional growth and encourages other agents to join in volunteering for local organizations.  Join her as she continues to support Williamsburg REALTORS®, Habitat for Humanity, The Salvation Army, Wreaths Across America, Bacon Street and Hospice House.
