Williamsburg Multiple Listing Service is proud to uphold its annual tradition of contributing 50% of WMLS Rules & Regulations Violation Income to a charitable cause selected by the Board. Today, WMLS leadership had the honor of meeting with Donnie McDaniel, Executive Director of Community of Faith Mission – COFM , to present a generous donation of $5,200 in support of their Shelter Program.
COFM is a faith-based emergency shelter program that serves those experiencing homelessness in the Greater Williamsburg community during the coldest months of the year. They work in conjunction with congregations to offer weekly shelter and nourishment to those facing homelessness, typically from mid-November to mid-March. Guests are welcomed, provided with meals, and treated with dignity and respect. The program operates for up to 18 weeks, accommodating up to 25 guests per night.
